Healthy Living with ROB j Update!!

I weighed in today and loss 4.7 pounds this week. That brings me to 55 pounds loss! I am finding it easier to stay focused. Mainly because I am not focused on a number. My goal is to be healthy! Tip for the day. Make sure each meal you eat has 2 servings of veggies...It helps to fill you up and at the same time reducing your calorie and fat intake per meal.
