It's been a journey. Working at living healthy. Today I am down 80 pounds from my heavest weight! I have learn that eating is not my enemy. In fact you can eat anything in moderation. The goal is to not let one bad meal choice lead into many bad meal choices. I walk 5 times a week about 3 miles. You have to have movement! Are you read to join me?
